Refund Policy

I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you aren't satisfied, you can return your print within 30 days. Please let us know by contacting us at 46designsgh@gmail.com and we can assist you with your return! 


Refunds 

Refunds are offered to customers that are unsatisfied, receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at 46designsgh@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.  


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 46designsgh@gmail.com 


Exchanges 

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’d like to process a return you may do so, at which point you would have to make the new purchase from the website.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at 46designsgh@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
