The Commission Process

• Reference image(s): Clear, high-quality photos are best for accuracy.
• Concept or Inspiration: What emotion, story, or memory should the portrait express.
• Preferred Colors: Choose tones that match your home or energy warm, bold, royal, calm, or natural.
• Canvas Size: Select from available sizes (16X20, 18X24, 24X30, 24X36, 30X40) from intimate portraits to statement gallery pieces. Other sizes options are available too.

2️⃣ The Painting Process

Samuel begins digitally hand-painting your portrait, layering detail, depth, and emotion to create a timeless digital masterpiece.

3️⃣ Final Review & Approval

You’ll receive a final preview of your completed portrait for confirmation before it’s printed.

4️⃣ Printing & Delivery

Your artwork is printed on high-quality stretched canvas, carefully packaged, and shipped directly to your doorstep ready to hang and admire.

• Printing & Shipping: 5–10 business days (for U.S. orders)

• Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your commission.
• Usage Rights: Artwork is for personal use only (not for commercial resale or reproduction).
• Artist Rights: The artist retains all rights to the artwork unless otherwise discussed and agreed in writing.
• Delivery: Includes a high-resolution digital file and stretched canvas print.
• Cancellations: No refunds once painting begins due to the custom nature of the work.
